Mr. Adsley has 43 years experience in service, distribution, and manufacturing disciplines. This includes 19 years with Fortune 100 Companies - Boeing, Weyerhauser, and Xerox, plus 24 years as an entrepreneur.

Mr. Adsley is currently President and Founder of Aerospace Equities, a mergers and acquisitions firm since 1988 that specifically focuses on the aerospace industry acquisitions and divestitures.

Aerospace Equities is recognized as a leading competent industry intermediary in the mid-sized aerospace company market place. Its reputation is substantiated by the number and quality of transactions successfully completed.

Mr. Adsley holds a BA in Business Administration with a major in Sales Management and Marketing from Washington State University. His graduate degree is from the University of Experience and Hard Knocks.

FRANK LEFTWICH, Managing Partner

Mr. Leftwich has been in the aviation industry engaged in engine services and parts distribution for over 30 years. He has held prominent positions with Rolls Royce NA, Greenwich Air Services (and for a short period with GE Engine Services following Greenwich acquisition), Aviall, Ryder Airline Services and Cooper Airmotive. His most recent engagement was with Rolls Royce NA, as Senior Vice President, Engine Services.

Prior to that, he held positions with Aviall and Ryder, the world’s largest independent provider of engine overhaul, repair, and parts distribution, where he was responsible for Engine Services and Parts Distribution business units. He held additional positions in marketing and strategic business development, and was President of The Aviall Asia Limited operation out of Hong Kong. With Ryder, he also held the position of President, Aviation Sales Company in the early 1990's.

Following graduation from Amherst College with a BA degree in American Studies, he served four years on active duty with the US Marine Corps as a Naval Aviator followed by seventeen years flying fighters in the Marine Corps Reserves while taking graduate studies in business at Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas, and pursuing his business career.

In May 2001, Mr. Leftwich joined Aerospace Equities as a Managing Director.

Mr. Barker has spent his entire business career in the aviation industry and has been engaged primarily in the corporate aircraft sector since 1990. These endeavors included primary responsibility for several start up programs including the Bombardier Challenger 300 and the Dassault FalconJet 7X programs while serving as programs director for DeCrane Aircraft Holdings. He has held positions with Dassault Falcon Jet, Sky Tech, and AIR. His most recent engagement moved him into the new business development front with multiple completion centers and OEMs worldwide.

His broad background in aircraft certification, manufacturing technology, engineering, and technical management for a wide range of aerospace applications provides Aerospace Equities a solid understanding of the technical feasibility of proposed mergers and acquisitions.

Following graduation from the University of Texas, Arlington with a BS degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mr. Barker established AeroNautique Aircraft Design and Analysis in the late 90’s.

Mr. Barker was introduced to Tony Adsley in 1997 and became formally associated with Aerospace Equities shortly thereafter.

W. MICHAEL CONLIN, Former Managing Partner

Mr. Conlin spent his entire business career in the aviation industry. The scope of his experience includes avionics manufacturing, business aircraft design, development and manufacturing, as well as airline aircraft service, repair, and modification.

His experience includes over 20 years in executive marketing and management positions, including president, COO and corporate officer positions. These positions were with industry leaders such as Lear Siegler, Learjet, Gates Learjet, Cooper Airmotive (now Aviall), the Dee Howard Company, and SFENA (now Thales). These profit-center responsibilities involved business units ranging in size from 100 to 3,000 employees.

Since 1981, Mr. Conlin has provided consulting services to a broad range of aerospace enterprises. These services have included acquisition, marketing plans, strategic planning exercises, company reorganizations, and market research.

In 1992, Mr. Conlin became a Managing Director with Tony Adsley and Aerospace Equities. Mr. Conlin now devotes the majority of his time and efforts to the Frontiers of Flight Museum in Dallas and enjoying retirement.

Mr. Conlin attended El Camino College in California with studies in Pre-Engineering and Social Studies. He holds an FAA Private Pilot Certificate with ratings for instruments and gliders.
